StoryCreator.art is designed for use by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Child profile information (names, ages, interests) is provided by the parent or guardian and is used solely for story personalization.

When you share a story via a public link, the story content (text, illustrations) becomes accessible to anyone with the link. No personal account information or child profile details are exposed through shared story links.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
